⚠️ Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Send your order number and a photo of the damaged item to hello@bontefarm.com so we can evaluate and make it right.
  • We handle these cases individually but always strive for a satisfactory solution—we want you to love your plants as much as we do!

📝 Please Note

  • Losing 1–2 small branches during transit is normal and does not harm the plant’s health.
  • We often prune branches to encourage growth.
  • A few yellow leaves or tips are part of the natural growth cycle.
  • Severe damage that affects the plant’s vitality guarantees a full refund.

  • Plants damaged due to shipping or heat will be refunded accordingly.
  • Email hello@bontefarm.com immediately after unboxing with images of the damaged plants.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
